Shipping Policy

We warehouse parts and components both in the United States and Europe. Items shipped from Europe are quoted inclusive of freight charges. Items shipped from our U.S. location are quoted exclusive of freight. When you have confirmed your desire to purchase a part, we will obtain shipping quotations with estimated time to delivery as quickly as possible for your approval.

On US shipments, the customer is responsible for all shipping charge including shipping of the product to the you as well as the shipping charges associated with the return of product cores. If we arrange return shipping on cores, the cost will be netted out of the core return dollars. Any shipping charges provided with a quotation are estimated unless otherwise stated by your sales representative. Core returns for items shipped from Europe may be returned to our US facility.
